以友善耕作的米製成米麴，加入蒸熟的米飯與酵母，讓時間慢慢完成發酵，再送入蒸餾器，凝聚成純粹的風土滋味。

環境にやさしく育てた米から米麹をつくり、蒸した米と酵母を加えます。時間をかけて発酵させた後、蒸留器へ。土地の風味を、より純粋な一滴へと凝縮します。

We make rice koji from sustainably grown rice, then add steamed rice and yeast. After a slow fermentation, it enters the still, where the character of the land is distilled into its purest expression.
